Mikako Hayashi-Husel, a German translator and Goethe Institute certified German teacher, will reply to you by email within 48 hours at the latest.

You can also buy just the ticket for now and email your questions later.

In this case, please select the "Email question at a later date" option when you apply. You can leave the question content field blank or write a message.

You can send your individual question at contact@mikako-deutschservice.com, whenever you wish. At that time, please attach the ticket or enter the ticket code.

We will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your question email.

It is also possible to purchase multiple one-question-and-one-answer tickets at once. If you selected the "Request an answer within 48 hours" option during registration, please fill in all the questions as many as the number of tickets purchased in the question field, or fill in the question field with only the first one. You can then email the rest of the questions at a later date.

About charges

Ticket prices include ticket fees and 19% German VAT.

Based in Germany, we set the price in euro because we can only accept credit card payments in euro due to system restrictions.

Please note that the amount in yen will change depending on the yen / euro exchange rate at the time your credit card company withdraws from your bank account.

One euro will usually fluctuate between approximately 126-133 yen.
